Harvest:
When fruit is approximately 10 to 15lbs. Tendril nearest the fruit should be dried and brown; the ground spot should have turned from white to yellow and the blossom end of fruit becomes soft , clear thumb test for ripeness and fruit should sound hollow. Cut fruit cleanly from the vine to avoid stem-end rot.

Requires hot temperatures; neither frost nor drought tolerant.  Heat tolerant.
